Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in their original condition and packaging.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- All exchanges are final and cannot be returned or exchanged again.
How to Return or Exchange
- Email us at customersupport@sparmsamerica.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will send you a Returns & Exchange Form to complete.
- Return the item(s) along with:
- the completed form
- Your original invoice
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number.
- SParms is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged in transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item (for exchanges only).

Refunds
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) once we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds will only be granted if the return is received within 30 days of delivery and items are in their original, unused condition.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
- Shipping delays that exceed estimated delivery times are not eligible for refund or cancellation.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order is delivered to that address, SParms is not liable for the loss.
- In such cases, we are unable to reship, refund, or retrieve the item.
- Please double-check your address before submitting your order.
- If you notice a mistake immediately after placing the order, contact us right away — we will try our best to correct it before the order ships.
